“Why/how are you single?” One of the most asked questions… Lets talk about the power of being alone.. As females, society pushes us to believe that we need a man in our lives to feel complete or successful. Or we should be engaged/married by a certain age. This is NOT true at all!! You have everything you need within YOURSELF to succeed and be happy. It’s important to embrace being alone, or you'll never know if you're with someone out of love or loneliness. Don’t rush anything when it comes to choosing a life partner. I’ve been in a few long term relationships, but being alone the past 2 years, I’ve been very content. I’m able to really focus and find myself. There is strength in knowing your value and don’t let anyone convince you otherwise!! Don’t ever settle to just settle! Settle when the right person walks into your life and treats you the way you deserve to be treated!!

Jumping out of my @guess lounge and into my #guessactive to get some movement in! One of the great things about stretching is that you don’t need any special equipment to do it. Stretching can be done anywhere at any time and feels soooo good!

#TipTuesday baby!! If you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed, it’s important to pause, take a step back, and regroup!  Just stepping away from something stressful for a few minutes or taking time away from your normal routine can give you enough space and distance to feel a bit calmer!! Here are a few tips that work best for me when I’m feeling overwhelmed!! 1. Step outside and get some fresh air! Taking a short break outdoors can leave you feeling refreshed and more energized to get back to your daily tasks. 2. Listen to music. Turn on your favorite playlist and turn up the volume! Music can help relax you and distract your mind!! 3, Get some movement in! Exercise can be a great stress reliever because it helps you blow off steam and releases endorphins. Even if you have just 5 or 10 minutes, moving your body for a bit will help even if you just take a lil walk! 4. STRETCH IT OUT!! Also remember to take some deep breathes and focus on your breathing. Learning to breathe more deeply can help you feel a lot calmer. 4. Write It Down If you have a few minutes,  I always recommend journaling! You can write about what’s causing your stress and get your emotions out on the page or even just write out your to do list! 5. Tech break!!!  Try turning your phone off for an hour or even a few hours!! It’s very refreshing, trust me!!

One month count down until I film my new workout programs! The stair master will ALWAYS be my favorite machine. I’ve been loyal to it since I first started my fitness journey over 8 years ago (wow time flies) This is the one machine that I can always rely on for a great sweat and can also multi task and get work done on my phone!! These cucumber chicken salad bites are the perfect healthy midday snack and they’re also protein packed 🤩  All you need is: 1 cucumber 🥒( not as big as mine) Shredded Chicken ( I mixed in some light mayo/lemon and everything bagel seeds Slice your cucumber, top with your chicken salad and some EBS and then press together and do another dip .
