More time at home this summer means more time for baking! That’s why I’m partnering with @breyers on the release of their new Breyers @cinnabon ! Check out Breyers.com for the recipes and make sure to tag #bakewithbreyerscinnabon to show off your treat! #breyerspartner How to make the PERFECT Breyers Cinnabon Affogato What you’ll need: *1 Breyers Cinnabon stored frozen *Keurig Cinnabon K-cup pod + Keurig machine *optional toppings: whipped cream, cherries, chocolate shavings *ice cream scooper or large spoon *coffee mug How to build: Total Servings: 1 affogato per serving (6 oz of coffee, 1 scoop of Breyers Cinnabon) 1.Brew 6 ounces of coffee and set aside 2.Place 1 scoop or 2/3 cup of Breyers Cinnabon into a clean coffee mug 3.Add coffee over ice cream in a mug and top with optional toppings. Enjoy!

1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley * 1 ½ teaspoons chopped garlic * salt and pepper to taste Heat wine and water over medium high heat in a large non-stick skillet for 5 minutes. Slide salmon pieces into poaching liquid and dot with butter. Sprinkle with dried parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

Bring to a slow boil, reduce heat to medium and poach until salmon is firm, about 12 minutes. 1 3/4 teaspoons salt, divided  1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed  2 oranges  2 cups arugula  1 medium fennel bulb with stalks  4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil  1/2 small shallot, diced 2 tablespoons rice vinegar  1/2 teaspoon orange zest  1 tablespoon fresh orange juice  1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper  1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar  1/3 cup chopped blanched hazelnuts, toasted  3 ounces goat cheese, crumbled Directions Heat 6 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt in a large saucepan over high heat; bring to a boil. Add beans, cover, and cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Immediately plunge beans into a bowl of ice water; drain and pat dry with paper towels. Arrange arugula in a large salad bowl. Peel and section oranges.  Thinly slice fennel bulb; add to bowl with beans, arugula and orange segments. Finely chop 1 tablespoon fennel fronds, and set aside. (Discard fennel stalks.) Whisk together olive oil, shallot, rice vinegar, orange zest, sugar, salt & pepper in a small bowl. Pour olive oil mixture over green bean mixture; toss gently to combine. Transfer salad to a serving platter, and sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Top with hazelnuts, goat cheese, and reserved fennel fronds.

I can’t believe when I read you your bedtime story tonight that it would be our last fairytale while you are 4 years old! Ryan, my baby.. you are a fairytale. The biggest, kindest heart. You blow me away with the way your little mind works. The things you say and do. I’m so proud of the little girl you are and thank my lucky stars you picked me to be your mom.
