If you take a step back and look at your life ....is it something you'd be proud of? Are you living a life that you feel like you truly deserve? For what it's worth, It's never too late to be what or who you want to be. There's no time limit or age where you gotta be this or that or your life is going to end. You can always change or you can stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. You can choose to make the best of what you got and grow through it or you have the choice to simply go through the motions everyday and be complacent with the life you have in front of you. You have this one life.. Do you want to spend it regretting, apologizing, hating yourself and chasing after people who don't care about you. You have one life, make YOURSELF proud. Make YOURSELF a priority. I hope you live a life where you feel fulfilled and you're proud of and if you're not.. I hope you have the strength to start again.

The perfect movement to have as a superset finisher with your heavier lifts on back and/or shoulder day! Example of a superset would be heavy seated or kneeling lat pull down or Arnold press and then the exercise shown in above video! All you need: 2 light kettle bells Foot forward into a deep lunge and row (working back) straight up into a over head press (working shoulders) while transitioning into a full lunge and repeat! - 10 reps x 4 rounds

Sometimes what you need is just some down right simple yet effective movements! Full Medicine ball workout on my website. * Jump squats (touching your bum to the ball) * Jump lunges rotating medicine ball from side to side Both of these movements are great to add as a "finisher" to your set when lifting heavier or doing more compound movements!

One week you think you have life all figured out and the next you can wake up wondering how your world was somehow turned upside down. Like dark clouds over the sunniest of days.. Life hits you. It happens to all of us. Everyone goes through hard times at some point of their life... . I believe life brings hardship in your life hoping you will take the obstacles placed in front of you and train yourself to become stronger. This is ultimate how we grow and being better humans. When you train your mind to become stronger, you allow yourself to let go of the past, forgive yourself or the situation and you move forward. When you train the mind to become stronger, you become better. We must remember to not lose motivation even in the darkest of our days. I know that this is much easier said that done but we must not lose sight of ourselves. This is where our bad days test us. They test our will-power and our ability to stand strong. They test our endurance and how bad we want something. Our trials and tribulations want us to fail but we must not give up! . Motivation isn't luck. It's a habit and we must practice it even when we are at our weakest. I have to practice it in our good days and our bad. If you don't allow the dark clouds to take over our lives, these hardships will soon pass and you will feel the sun on your face and sound of birds chirping again. If we press through with strength and self motivation we will in the end be better and have so much more to triumph about because of it.
