Limits are imaginary 🤟 Never in a million years did I think that I would travel to Dubai, get to meet and share smiles with hundreds of people at the fitness expo or ride camels and four wheelers in the desert!! Geeesh, What is life.. ...At the end of the day, I think to myself that my life may not always be perfect, but it’s completely what I make of it. It’s not exactly what I see but how I look at things. It’s not necessarily about what I do, but how I do it. So everyday I make my life count and I make it memorable and I do the things my dreams inspire to be.

It’s ok to be scared.. being scared is normal but letting that feeling overpower your life and control you will ruin it. Most people are paralyzed by their fears. They become so afraid to take a step out of their comfort zone that they stay complacent. They fear failure, they fear rejection, they fear fear... But having courage against your fears doesn’t mean you don’t get scared... having courage against your fears just means you didn’t let fear stop you. Refuse to reform your life because you’re scared of the unknown or getting outside of your normal. - DECLARE TO HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE! Use your energy not to worry but to believe. Great people do things before they are fully prepared. They do things before they know that they can even do it. Doing things you are afraid of, going beyond your comfort zone, taking risks that scare the hell out of you... THAT is what life is. You might be really good. You might find out something about yourself that’s really special and if you’re not good.. who freaking cares....?! You tired something and the comfort zone that you left will still be the comfort zone that you left if you shall ever choose to return. #ididntgetthisfarfromfear #igotthisfarfromhavingcourage

New week, New goals.... ️ Let’s focus this week on not comparing ourselves to others! Creating new healthy practices or habits like these will help us build new ones! We’ve all done it.. I’ve done it also! So this one is a good one to practice daily. You are unique! You are special and made like no one else... So why would you compare yourself to anyone else? You may think that your actions in a certain scenario do not measure up to what someone else has done or said. But how can you measure that which is immeasurable? You can't compare apples and oranges ... Don't worry about how you compare. Don't worry about how you are different. YOU stand out, and that is a very good thing. Just be your best self always, and you will rise beyond yours and everyone else's expectations! So bring on the new week... You got this!!

New Week, New Goals with @envysfit . One of the most important things for you to remember is actually quite simple.. and thats HARD WORK... WORKS! So get up early, go to bed late. Eat, breath, sleep your goals and dreams. You don’t need to be “better” or more “talented” than anyone else... the difference in you should lie in the quality of your ritual. And when everyone else is waiting and wishing something would miraculously happen to them.. You are there everyday following your dreams with actions instead of talk and actually there in flesh putting in the work. HARD WORK... WORKS but you gotta practice that saying like a habit and work hard everyday! . TAG SOMEONE YOU WANT TO MOTIVATE THIS WEEK!

Happy Thanksgiving Instagram!! Here’s the perfect calorie burning workout for after we stuff our faces today with @envysfit - TAG A FRIEND BELOW AND #LetsWork . Here’s 5 exercises - Do each movement for 1 min as many good form reps as you can. Rest 30 secs between! - Overhead Lunges w/ Medicine ball Slam into Squat. - Plank on stability ball with rotating knee to ball. - Kettlebell deadlift. - Bosu Ball Squat w/ dumbbell overhead press. - Stability Ball Crunches with weight overhead. AND 4 REPEAT TIMES (This workout takes 30 mins)

She was a true fighter.. You could see it in her eyes. She wasn’t born strong.. She was built strong. She didn’t come from the perfect home and even tho it may seem she were in the most favorable current situation, things were far from perfect. Despite her past, She kept her heart beautiful but her fight tough. She was focused, handling her own business and she made a decision to do more than just survive using courage, hard work and consistency. Somedays she had no idea how she’d do it but she never made excuses or gave up and even when she failed, she got right back up. She learned that the hardest times in life were when she was transitioning from one version of herself to another.
