I haven’t aligned myself with a supplement company in years because I wanted to represent a line that coincides with my beliefs about supplements and nutrition. I wanted find a line that focuses on sports supplements as well as CLEAN QUALITY products that are designed to improve health and wellness!! . Everything @LIVBODY has formulated is all natural, as organic as possible, free of artificial sweeteners, and harmful additives, and everything I have tried tastes AMAZING! . After a year sending samples and different flavor options back and forth, I decided they were the perfect line to stand behind and represent. LIV has tons of new and exciting products and flavors in the works (so stay tuned for everything we are doing!!!!) AND we will be officially launching the product line on October 26th (NEXT FRIDAY so get ready!!!) - I am BEYOND EXCITED AND SO PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THIS NEWS!!!! Life is like a puzzle. Let’s say, that each piece of the puzzle represents a person in your life. When you start a puzzle you lay all the pieces on the table and scatter the pieces around before you begin. As you pick up the pieces some pieces look like they are gonna be the perfect fit for that missing part but ultimately it doesn’t fit and you need to put that piece down in order to find another that does. THIS IS JUST LIKE LIFE.... - Sometimes you come in contact with someone, and it’s clear that the two of you (on some level) belong in each other's lives. I'm a believer in perfect timing and things happening for a reason. People come and go, whether it be for 60 seconds or 60 years, but if you pay close attention, you can absorb something from every person you come in contact with even if they aren’t suppose to be fit exactly into your puzzle. - Their words, their actions, the way they made you feel - you should take your experiences with people and learn from them. This is how we grow and ultimately that's what life is all about. Sometimes people change so that you can learn to let go, sometimes we meet people who allow us to see life from a different point of view and sometimes relationships fall apart so better ones can fall into place. - Unexplainable magical connections throughout time, out of nowhere and even under the strangest of circumstances, can help you feel alive. Sometimes we are lucky enough to come in contact with someone who sees everything you are and won’t let you be anything less. And through their positive perspective of life, you start to see everything the same way. Life is like a puzzle. Never waste time trying to place people where they don’t fit and be patient because it takes time for all the pieces in your life to come together.

ITS OKAY!!!! It’s okay to be afraid. It’s okay to hesitate before plunging from your comfort zone. It’s okay to have scars, pimples, insecurities, moles and cellulite. It’s okay to regret, feel loneliness, be afraid and have uncertainties. It’s okay to have no idea what you’re doing. It’s okay to struggle with somethings, while enjoying others. It’s okay to find joy in the beauty of life, even after heartache. It’s okay to change. It’s OKAY to move on. And it’s okay to fear change and moving on. - Wherever you are and whatever you are experiencing is OKAY!!!!! You don’t need permission or validation to live the life you are living, even if it looks and feels different from anyone else’s life around you. And it’s OKAY to feel like you need that permission or validation but remind yourself that you are you and they are them and that’s OKAY.

The struggle is really REAL! I wanted to show you some raw clips of me training glutes and also some ways to switch up your movements! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - TAG YOUR GLUTE DAY PARTNER! Clip 1 SMITH MACHINE KICK BACKS: 1 rep into a 1/2 or quarter rep = 1 full rep - complete 10 reps each side! - Clip 2 FRONT PULSE SQUATS WITH RESISTANCE BANDS: pulse squats (not full standing reps, stay low) the resistance band above the knee with puts more emphasis on your glutes since front loading your squat puts emphasis on your quads. Total leg and glute combination. - Clip 3 STANDING CABLE HIP ABDUCTION: 1 rep into a 1/2 or quarter rep = 1 full rep|complete 10 reps each side! - Clip 4 SINGLE LEG LAYING LEG CURLS: 1 rep up with 3 second eccentric count (negative) 8-10 reps each leg. - - - - - - - - - - - Switching up your movements like doing 1/2 or quarter reps with a full reps or changing your eccentric movement will cause more stress on the muscle, shocking the muscle (and this is what I’m striving for here) any questions!? Gerald Bongcaron @geraldj who lost 22lbs & won $3,000!! - Start: 207lbs | Final: 185lbs Gerald’s success story: “Paige Hathaway’s fitin5 challenge is ultimately fun and rewarding. I’ve worked out and would get bored and always made an excuse to do it later, which turned into hardly ever. The work outs were different from what I normally did and I felt more energetic through it all. Her tips in what to take and when to take supplements is simple and direct. Meal prepping was my main goal as I wanted to know how to do it and how not to be bored with it. Directions were clear cut and I don’t have to think about what I’m going to eat, each time I’m hungry. Also, it was fun in the kitchen with my wife, blasting the music, cutting and cooking away.  Within two weeks I saw change not only physically, but also my metabolism and energy.
