Here it goes.. WE ARE PREGNANT! This is one of my most exciting announcements, but also one of my most vulnerable. I can’t believe I’m finally able to tell you all - I have wanted to share this news for months!! Jason and I are overwhelmed with love, joy and happiness about our baby. ABSOLUTELY OVER THE MOON EXCITED This is a total miracle!! I know you ladies probably have 1 million questions as I have just reached my second trimester and I will be making weekly YouTube videos starting next week about everything but for now, let’s celebrate this amazing moment together!!

My lunch most days! looks a bit like this.. delicious.. this is also a example meal in my #Fitinchallenge!! Most carb meals have potato's or a type of rice, and we always match it with a white meat like chicken/turkey/shrimp with some of hot sauce or low sodium soy sauce! AM I MAKING YOU HUNGRY yet!!! ‍♀️ Hahah! Proof that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring Ingredients for turkey taco meat: 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil 1.5 lbs ground turkey or beef 1/3 cup chopped white onion 1 tbsp chili powder 3 tsp cumin 2 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp paprika 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chipotle powder optional 3 tbsp tomato paste 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup chicken broth may need an additional 1/4 cup DIRECTIONS: While the meat is cooking, in a small bowl mix together all of your spices (chili powder through salt or chipotle powder). Once meat is no longer pink, add in your spices. Coat the meat with spices. Now mix in tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth. Bump up the heat just a tad and continue to mix everything until spices and liquid is evenly cooked. Reduce temperature to medium low. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes until most of the liquid is completely absorbed Assemble your rice of choice on the bottom, then top with taco meat. Add in all of your favorite toppings: tomatoes, avocados, green onion, cilantro, salsa, lettuce, cheese, etc. @wholesomelicious WWW.FITIN5.COM

Walking into this Tuesday like... I’ve been FEELING PRETTY DARN GOOD lately and that hasn’t and isn’t ALWAYS the case! We have our days / points in our life where we get down on ourselves. Life is a roller coaster of tribulations ...AND celebrations! But it’s learning that everyday is another chance to make things better... HERE ARE MY 5 BEST TOOLS IN DOING SO 1. KEEP GOING. ‍♀️‍♂️ Don't let life's changes throw you off track, but remember that most extenuating circumstances are temporary. Gain more clarity by staying the course and channeling your energy in a positive direction 2. TRUST YOURSELF. Believe in your inner resources, no matter what, and you'll grow from the experience. I believe that the answers usually lie within and you are probably smart enough to figure out what you need to do AND don’t let other people’s opinions persuade you otherwise 3. WATCH YOUR THOUGHTS. Your thinking will never be 100 percent positive. You must learn to dismiss the negative thoughts and stay open to other ideas that will help you move in a positive direction. Start recognizing negative thoughts and use your mind to stop them 4. DONT GET INSULTED. 🤚 It is wise to be dispassionate about critical comments. Human's will always bump heads, but consider the source, and if it's the other person's issue, ignore it. Learn to respond instead of react, and don't show your anger 5. DEAL WITH YOUR FEARS. Overcoming fear makes you stronger, and being a little scared can make you better. You want to have butterflies; you just want them flying in formation. It helps to understand and admit your fears. Then you can kick them to the curb WHAT IS ONE THING THAT HELPS YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF [Plz share your tips maybe that helpful information will help someone who reads it below ]

OMG!!! I’LL TAKE TWO PLEASE I don’t know about you but I’m a sucker for tortilla soup! I used to eat it every time I went to a Mexican restaurant! What I’ve found that works best for me, is that I have to eat Chicken and broccoli 🥦 on repeat to obtain a fit body. The best thing for me has been “flexible dieting!” To where I’m still filling my calories/macros with real healthy food but I’m allowing myself to have more flexibility with foods other than the same 5 foods on repeat. THE DOWN FALL OF THIS METHOD ‍♀️ is that it might be too loose for some! My best piece of advice for someone thinking about trying flexible dieting (if you’ve never tried a diet before) is try something a bit more structured first and then once you get control of your habits and learn a bit more about macros and healthy foods then lean to a more flexible diet approach!! @choosingchia Q: WHATS YOUR FAVORITE WAY TO DIET AND WHAT HAS WORKED THE BEST FOR YOU!? Who else has done research on the negative side effects of artificial sweeteners that are MOST LIKELY in your supplements!?!? ‍♀️ If you haven't, you need to do so I use to consume a ton of diet sodas, artificial flavored drinks and even supplements latent with aspartame and sucralose, not knowing any better. I started to become more knowledgable about the harmful effects that they can potentially have on the body and decided to give them up just for one week Within two days, brain fog and mid day fatigue disappeared, I felt more energized, ‍♀️ and the biggest immediate effect that I noticed was that my mood improved substantially! A lot of these artificial sweeteners in your favorite "health supplements" can be deleterious to your health, promote inflammation, create brain fog, and even increase joint pain I avoided artificials and supplements for a long time until I became aware of health based brands that use all natural ingredients. I went on a serious health kick and avoided these tings at all costs but most of the products I tried didn't taste great. I would take them down for the benefits, but never really enjoyed them After not representing a supplement company for 5 years, I was approached by LIV Body and they sent me dozens of samples of their products. I WANT TO SHOW YOU THAT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! When I first started my own fitness journey, I had seen a photo of a girl who lifted and I said to myself... "I WANT A BODY LIKE THAT!!" So I flipped a switch and turned on the fire inside. I set a goal and let nothing stop me. With one goal achieved, I set another goal and another I gradually started and continue to conquer things that I never thought were possible for myself. I never had faith in myself until I made a conscious decision to stop doubting myself so much and to stop listening to the negative voice that lived inside my own head. I knew that if someone else could do it, then quite possibly so could I and guess what SO DID I!! Let me tell you that nothing is impossible and nothing is out of your reach.
