I have been using these during my cardio for over a year. This was a must when I competed. I used it 7 days a week to do my cardio I personally like sweating extra in my midsection. I feel like it really helped bring my abs out with the release of water constantly over my preps. I've seen other people say it's helped them and they wore it all day which is great it's not what I do. This is not a corset from the 1800's that you tie till you can't breathe I believe that can be very dangerous. You buy your size and wear it lose enough to breathe like I said I like the extra sweat during cardio. Nothing works without proper diet and exercise this is like any supplement you can't just throw this on and expect to loose your whole midsection in a week. Have realistic expectations going into this. It does work I use it myself daily but you gotta put the work in!!

️ Love is when ________. (Complete this) _ Since the age of 15 I've been in 5 relationships, all long term. My parents showed me at a young age that good or bad, loyalty is everything. You try till you can't try anymore. When my mom passed, my dad took his own life when he decided life without her was not worth it. They had a very co-dependent love which was their version of love. Was it deep, yes. Was it healthy, no. My first marriage was very abusive. I was married at 15 and almost lost my life several times. I stayed in this relationship because it was the first time I felt wanted or loved. I excused the abuse because the apology and make-ups, I felt, were sincere. I believed every, "I love you so much that's why I do that" and, "It won't happen again" simply because, as a human, I wanted to be loved and I wanted to believe people are not monsters. My next relationship was a co-dependent one like my parents. There were things I needed from him and things he needed from me. We will both agree we were friends and never had love between us. We stayed together out of convince and it became very toxic. You can't build anything on convince and eventually, we both wanted more. As I got older I had to figure out for myself what "love" really was and grab that. You have to find someone who perceives love as you do. Love is not about completing the other person. Be complete on your own and then find a mate who is also complete. Love won't try and change you into someone new. Love doesn't hurt, love doesn't need you to survive and love isn't convenient. Love between a couple is undeniable. You'll know it when you feel it. Once you find it, remember you'll need to always work on it, never taking it for granted, and you'll have good days and bad days. Figure out what love is to you and what your current relationship looks like now! Find someone who loves you and who you love equally. "Can I build a butt with no weight?"..... my answer no you can tone and firm but I wouldn't try and build muscle with no weight. - Got more questions ask in the comments️ _ Deadlift _ Remember the basic cues, like keeping a flat back and heels on the ground. The deadlift is a vertical pulling exercise, meaning that it's of pinnacle importance that the bar travels in a straight line. Your setup should encourage that as much as possible. This deadlift is done with a conventional stance. If you have concerns about your low back strength or have previously injured that area, try a medium sumo stance. Instead of having your hands outside the shins, the shins go outside the hands with the sumo variation. In addition to keeping the low back free from flare-ups, the sumo is good for activating the glutes and inner thighs. _ I add deadlifts once a week into my routine. In my opinion my legs have really developed since adding them. I always stay 100% with you guys so as we get into this next challenge I don't want anyone the wrong idea. I don't want to add to the unattainable results IG puts on everyone. Can you grow a booty YES you can with the right diet and correct exercises done at the right intensity over time, YES it can be done. Someone asked me "if I stop working out and eating right will my results go away?" Yes it will get smaller of course. It's muscle you have to constantly work at it. "Do you need a gym to grow a butt?" No but you will heavy weights. _ Anyone that says you can't grow a butt is just not doing it right .....yet. The butt has muscles we just need to get them to grow bigger. Like a bicep muscle or chest muscle all muscle grows with time and consistency. Genetics will play a part it will come easier for some compared to others but it will happen for everyone over time. _ REALITY -I'm posting this photo to show you when I'm not posed my butt looks normal like everyone else. When I flex it out in a hard arch the muscle will pop giving the look of a bigger bottom. But I don't walk around with a big hard butt all the time simply because it's real muscle under there. When a guy with biceps takes a photo flexed his arms look amazing. When he's just out not flexing they look normal. Real butt muscle is no different, understand? It doesn't stay flexed but if I work it more it may over time. Growing a butt is possible don't let anyone tell you differently. 30 days is a start and if done consistently you will get results but you will need to continue working on it. I burned out legs with the prowler meaning I did my full lower body workout then I did 3 sets on the prowler to finish them out completely. I was sore for 3 days lol The first round I ran the prowler with 90 pounds in weight. Second round I removed the plates and did jump squats pushing the prowler within the jump. Repeat 4 times Get on the Prowl The first time you push this thing you will have an out of body experience. Everything will seem like a real slow dream. You’ll likely be wondering why your legs feel like bowls of jello. Or why your vocabulary is reduced to single syllable grunts and groans. The second time you prowl, you may only get two of the above symptoms. Third time maybe one. It does get easier and fast. A couple sessions later and your conditioning will double. Life will be on easy mode and you will be much awesome than you were 3-4 workouts ago. How to start? Just do it, I know sometimes new equipment is scary but you will never grow until you leave your comfort zone. Using the same equipment week after week is not good. Your body gets used to certain movements and you'll stop getting sore work on changing your workouts every 6-8 weeks trying new things. For example, if you have good knees try adding jumps to your squats every say 5th rep jump from low to high then do 5 slow reps again followed by a jump. Dear Mom, Not a day goes by that I don't think about you and miss you. There was a lot of wasted time between us. Wasted on being angry, you wanted me to be different I wanted you to be different. There was love between us but it was a strained relationship both of us trying too hard at what should come natural. Looking back now I wish I could have spent less time trying to change you and make you "better" and more time just tying to understand and be okay with your decisions. One more hug, one more kiss just a minute to tell you that more than anything I loved you and I'm sorry. ️ _ As a very small child I remember me and my sister sitting on the bed crying to my mom to please stop doing drugs. I had to have been around 6 and I remember feeling so scared I was going to lose her. As a child I became angry with her because it was easy to distance yourself from someone you love who you may leave one day with anger. Not realizing it, as I got older my anger grew but the anger was a defense I put up so I wouldn't be hurt if I did lose her. I lost so much time trying to build this crazy wall between us and in the end when she passed it hurt just as bad. It's a pain that is unlike any other, you lose part of yourself when your parent passes. I realized all that time I spent angry I could have just loved her and I could have tried to understand her. I was arguing with my mom and not speaking to her at the time of her passing. Something I will always regret because I was upset over something so small. I've forgiven myself and let go of my anger and regrets today. I put my faith where it belongs once again and I know she is with me and she knows I loved her. As I celebrate Mothers Day with my family I want to remind everyone out there no matter how you feel about your mom tell her you love her today. You may not get a "tomorrow" to say the things that are important. To all the moms Happy Mothers Day

I am a mother of 4 when this photo was taken I was a mother of 3. I've never been "overweight" but I've been much heavier, especially after having kids. With my 3rd I got up to around 180 and it took me a full year to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I didn't always have a booty I worked years on it, sometimes doing legs 4x a week heavy. For years I struggled to "look" thin (110lbs) being so thin with no muscle my ass was flat. At that time I wasn't eating, I wasn't working out, I was leading a very unhealthy lifestyle , I was in a negative space. I decided it was time to change my whole life around and it started with the appearance of my body. _ I'm not naturally thin, I constantly fight weight problems and 2 years ago I was diagnosed with #hypothyroidism . None of this comes easy for me, I've broke down in tears at the gym and walked out only to walk right back in. I've hated my diet and wanted to quit and just eat 2 large pizzas but didn't. I actually looked at this photo and picked out things I didn't like and in reality this is the best I've ever looked in my opinion. But I'm never happy with myself and I always want to be better. My point is IT'S NOT EASY but it's worth it. We all struggle and doubt ourselves but if you really want it go after it and make it happen. Getting on stage and competing in NPC was my ultimate goal I wanted to prove to myself that I could do this. I was strong enough to not give up or quit. Even with my busy schedule I found time for myself because I deserve that and so do you. Work out at home or in a gym it doesn't matter but you deserve an hour to work on yourself. Trust me once you start to transform the outside you gain so much confidence that the rest of your life just falls into place. You'll inspire everyone around you and you'll be so much happier. _ Don't doubt yourself people, I'm not "gifted" or naturally fit. I am the one person nobody thought could make it and look at me now! I accomplished my goal, I stood on that stage winning my class and proved at any point in your life you can turn it all around and become who you always wanted to be.
