Who is ready for some Sunday breakfast Mini Apple Cinnamon Waffles Makes 7 mini waffles (Recipe can also be used to make pancakes) For Waffles: 1 egg 1/3 cup apple sauce (80g) ½ cup milk of choice (I used oat milk) ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon ¾ cup @1stphorm cinnamon cookie batter protein powder (64 g) ¾ cup flour of choice (120 g) 1 tsp baking powder For Apple Topping: 1 tbs butter or coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 apple, cut into small chunks 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tbs  maple syrup 1. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg, apple sauce, milk, and vanilla extract 2. Add cinnamon, @1stphorm protein powder, flour, and baking powder to the same bowl and whisk until combined with no lumps 3. Grease the mini waffle maker with coconut spray and pour ¼ cup batter into the mini waffle maker 4. Cook until golden brown 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with remaining batter 6. In a small sauce pan, melt butter or coconut oil over medium heat 7. Add chopped apple, lemon juice, vanilla extract and maple syrup to the pot and mix to combine 8. Cook over medium-low heat until apples are tender 9. Top waffles with apples and additional maple syrup, if desired. ENJOY!!

Mmmmmm Cinnamon Sugar Donuts Makes 6-8 Donuts Ingredients: 1/3 cup apple sauce 1 egg 1/2 cup oat milk (can sub milk of choice) 1 cup @1stphorm cinnamon cookie batter protein powder 1/2 cup brown rice flour (can sub flour of choice) ¼ cup raw sugar 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp vanilla Additional sugar and cinnamon for coating 1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray donut pan with coconut oil 2. Whisk together apple sauce, egg, milk, sugar and vanilla 3. Add protein powder, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon; mix to combine 4. Fill a piping bag or gallon size zip lock bag with batter (Note: batter will be runny) 5. Cut the corner of the bag and fill donut wells with batter 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes 7. While donuts are baking, mix together 3 tbs of sugar and a ¼ tsp of cinnamon for coating 8. When donuts are finished baking, immediately remove from pan, coat in cinnamon sugar and enjoy! #1stphormrecipe

Chocolate Coconut Donuts!! Makes 6-8 Donuts Donut Ingredients: 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted 1 egg 1/2 cup oat milk (can sub milk of choice) 1 cup @1stphorm chocolate milkshake protein powder 1/2 cup coconut flour (can sub flour of choice) ¼ cup honey ¼ cup shredded coconut 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbs cocoa powder ½ tsp vanilla Glaze Ingredients: ¼ cup @1stphorm chocolate milkshake protein powder 2 tbs cocoa powder 2 tbs powdered sugar 2-3 tbs milk 1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray donut pan with coconut oil 2. Whisk together coconut oil, egg, milk, honey and vanilla 3. Add protein powder, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder; mix to combine 4. Fill a piping bag or gallon size zip lock bag with batter (Note: batter will be runny) 5. Cut the corner of the bag and fill donut wells with batter 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes 7. While donuts are cooling, make the glaze by mixing together protein powder, cocoa powder, powdered sugar 8. Add milk 1 tbs at a time to get desired consistency 9. Once cooled dip the donuts in glaze and top with shredded coconut, if desired Give them a try!!!

Maple Cinnamon Granola Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (155g) 1/2 cup coconut (45g) 1/8 cup whole wheat flour (can sub flour of choice) (24g) 1 scoop @1stphorm cinnamon cookie butter protein powder (37g) 1/8 cup flax seeds (20g) 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans (65g) 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts (65g) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp applesauce (30g) 1/4 cup maple syrup (72g) 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (55g) 1 tbs brown sugar, for topping (optional) Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 275F degrees & line a baking pan with parchment paper 2.Combine all the dry ingredients (oats, coconut, flour, protein powder, flex seeds, nuts, and cinnamon) in a large bowl 3.In another bowl whisk together maple syrup, vanilla, applesauce & melted coconut oil 4.Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated 5.Pour granola onto prepared baking sheet   6.Spread to one even layer and press down to flatten 7.Sprinkle with brown sugar, if desired 8.Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and fragrant   9.Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack 10.Once cooled to room temperature, break the granola apart and enjoy!
